Finances

Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need. Malachi 3:10

All Saints Church has a history of generosity and faithfulness to God's word in the collection and and stewardship of the resources that have been given to us over the years. The people of All Saints have been blessed by God and have responded generously with tithes and offerings to the church and to various outreach efforts coordinated through the church. Oversight of these resources is the primary responsibility of your Council. They are guided in this effort by our Bookkeeper Connie Valentine. Her guidance and experience are valuable assets and crucial elements of our Biblical responsibility to be good stewards of all that has been given to us. Feel free to contact Karen using the link provided concerning any question you may have regarding our finances.

It is our goal to be as transparent as possible regarding our finances. To that end, we provide monthly financial statements detailing our current financial position and performance to budget. Included in the documentation is our current budget, monthly income and expense reports and balance sheets. Those documents can be found in the sections below.

We hope you find this helpful and informative. Again, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact Connie.

Thank you all for your faithful and generous hearts serving God's Kingdom!

Financial Documents

  • 2024 Church Budget

Your Church Council prepares a budget every year based on anticipated income and expenses. Categories include administration costs, staff salaries, equipment purchases, outreach, etcetera. As we progress through the year, the performance against the budget is reported in the Income/Expense Reports. You can view the 2024 budget here.

  • 2023 Income/Expense Reports

Each month our bookkeeper  prepares a report that accounts for all income and expenses and compares those actual figures with what we anticipated we would spend as reflected in the budget. These reports help us keep track of spending and income and aid us in preparing future budgets. You can view the reports by following the links provided in the list below.

  • 2023 Balance Sheets

The Balance Sheet is a statement of the financial position of All Saints which states the assets, liabilities and equity at a particular point in time. In other words, the balance sheet illustrates the net worth of All Saints. It provides a picture of our financial health. You can view the reports by following the links provided below.
