We are fortunate to have a great team of ordained and lay leadership who are Gospel focused and dedicated to discipling the family and friends of All Saints. From worship and teaching to pastoral and child care our staff is committed to living out the Gospel call to honor God and serve His kingdom

  • The Rev. Nowell Copley

    Nowell+ came to All Saints Church more than 10 years ago as a founding member and part of the planting team. He began leading worship in Colorado nearly 25 years ago and has been active in worship ministry in various settings ever since. He graduated with degrees from Clemson University and University of South Carolina in Horticulture and Biology and was ordained to the priesthood in 2013. He is married to Laurie and they have five children (two by marriage), and six grandchildren. Nowell+ and Laurie are both from Spartanburg. Contact:

  • The Rev. Mike Smith - Deacon

    Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Erskine College and a Masters of Divinity degree from Erskine Theological Seminary. He has pastoral ministry and youth ministry experience. He believes strongly that it is crucial for the church to help Christians grow in their knowledge of Scripture and in the maturity of their faith. He feels that to be a part of the ministry of All Saints Church where these values are shared in an atmosphere of grace is a great blessing, and God-given opportunity. Contact:

  • Tim Bethea - Worship Pastor

    A member of All Saints for 9 years, Tim is our resident psalmist and leads our Praise Team for our Sunday services. Tim and his wife, Jenn are raising two beautiful girls and reside in Spartanburg. Jenn also serves All Saints as our volunteer coordinator Tim is also a featured musician and performer in several upstate music venues. Contact:

  • Mary Ann Bethea - Director of Children's Ministry

    Mary Ann Bethea has been a member of All Saints since 2013, and is a Spartanburg native with over twenty years of experience in public schools and in Children’s and Family Ministry. She is a graduate of Erskine College and taught in elementary school in Spartanburg School Districts before serving fulltime in Children’s and Family Ministry. She is thrilled to be part of All Saints and especially blessed to be a part of the growing children’s ministry. Mary Ann loves to spend time with her three sons, Russell, Tim, and Walter, and daughter in law, Jennifer, and two precious granddaughters. Contact:
