Easter is a glorious celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. His journey to the tomb and ultimate victory over death is preceded by a week of remarkable events we commemorate in Holy week starting with Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. This is followed with a commemoration of the Last Supper on Maundy Thursday. We remember His sacrifice for us on Calvary in a Good Friday service.
